Congrats on the pregnancy! We are too (with #5...yea, a little crazy) and super excited after 3 miscarriages in the past 2 years.

Anyway...Just a heads up on the rash. I had something similar with my first 2. My midwife prescribed aspirin. With my first preg, I took 3 aspirin the 1st day, 2 the 2nd day, and 1 for the next 3 days. Worked like a charm (w/ no mess or scars). With the second preg, as soon as I noticed the rash, I popped a couple and it went away immediately, never to return.

Yea, yea. My doctor was horrified when I told him. "Aspirin! What if you had started to bleed!" Oh please! I was just so glad to get rid of the itch!
