Preschool Orientation

Well, first off, I look so chubby in this, it's hard for me to watch. But beyond my jelly roll, this illustrates when I got a little too caught up in preschool and briefly forgot my responsibility as a mom. I taped this a few weeks ago, but thought it was better to run it as we are going through the transition of the start of preschool.
Today is D-Day. I can stay a while, but then have to leave to go to work. I am having my sister and niece pick her up, which Vivien is excited about. I just hope she doesn't cry when I leave. Ugh.
I am the same way…kind of a rule follower so I think if someone in authority (a teacher) tells me that's the way it is, then it must be so. Sometimes I forget that I have more control/influence here.
Also, sending my twin boys to pre-school (turned 3 in June) and they are going 5 days a week. We have been building them up little by little to get to 5 days. I found out kindergarten here is like 7 hours! I was shocked - so we are building them up…i feel like i am just a soccer game and a prom away from them leaving our home

Sounds like Wagon Wheel? My now 16 year old son went there and loved it. Transition is hard and different with each child. Thank God they do it though- some preschools make you drop them off on the first day.
