I thought my 4-yr.-old Alex was picky until I actually sat down and made a list of what he will eat: raw veggies (only with Ranch dip), chicken nuggets, fries, spaghetti, beefaroni, chicken noodle soup, apples, grapes, blueberries, frozen peas (only if they are still frozen!), meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes, hot dogs, bologna, chicken and dumplings. Okay, that's alot of freakin' food he likes! I can't seem to get over what he hates: cheese of any kind, pizza, cooked veggies, all other fruit, all other meat. I'm shutting up now. My child is not a picky eater after all....

My daughter is an extremly pickey eater it drives me insane. Getting her to eat anything for dinner is a struggle. But I'm pretty sure she eats lunch with her friends at daycare so I try not to let it bother me too much.

I told Rogan (3), just two nights ago, if he tasted my edamame, I'd give him a treat...and it worked!!! This ploy never worked with my oldest, McKade! So I felt lucky!! But I know you're right, and the stinking article is right!! So why is it so damn hard to take a step back?!?!?
