Never Doing This Again

Comments (9) Share

I'm so excited to have my new little guy, but I'm also excited that I'm not ever going through this again!  No more pregnancy rashes on the arms, no more swollen feet, and no more C-sections!  Hallelujah.

You look great! :-) Awesome name, too!

    Congrats, again!

You are too funny! I felt the same way after my last one, what a relief to be done. But do you know what's even better than that? My husband went for a vasectomy and there is nothing better than just having sex with no strings attached. That might not of sounded the way I meant it…. I love having meaningless sex with my hubby. Hmmm not much better. ;o)

It's such a good feeling to know when you're "done"–a relief, even. I only wish I'd done some Vlogging like you have, because I've already forgotten so much–I look at the pictures of the first 3 months and I can't believe that's my baby. Memory, memory, where art thou??? Anyway, congratulations!

michele very funny.believe i said so many times while in the hospital that mark was going to get snipped i hoped they might nab him and do it right there.

Oh Daphne, I know exactly how you feel. I had 2 teens when I found out I was pregnant w/ #3…and I was 40 oi!
I had a fairly uneventful pregnancy, esp. for an "old lady". One of the first things I said after she was born was,
"I never have to do this again". Up until that point I was I was never really sure I was "done". The baby idea was always there, sometimes buried, but there in the back of my mind.
Like another poster said, it is a great feeling to know for sure you're done!
As for the getting snipped…after I announced my pregnancy I scared at least 3 men, husbands of friends and family , into getting snipped!

Uh oh, does this mean your precious man gets to have THREE children with you? C'mon sugar, show 'em!

You are braver than I am to shoot a video from the hospital bed! Baby looks gorgeous & so do you! I also remember being on the operating table with Bebe #2 (and LAST!) and the doc asking if I was sure if I wanted my tubes ties. My answer - *F*&^ YEAH!* He almost dropped whatever instrument was in his hand he started laughing so hard. Yeah, I'm done.

right on Lynette, I want the hubby to do the snipping though. He's too fertile.
