Overparenting

Now don't get me wrong in this vid, I don't have it all wired and figured out, but it's always easier to rag on a class of parents that some author has identified as off the mark. Easy pickings really. Here is my pick.

Amen, sister! What I don't get is where these parents find friends??? They are so unlikeable. We moved b/c of a parent like that. SHe'd run over everytime we breathed on her son. I agree exactly, "chill the $*%# out.."

I totally agree with you on the overparenting thing. I have five kids. The youngest is 11 and I am so sick of her school. The parents are just so overbearing. I think with some of these moms their lives just revolve around the class play and the next field trip. With my brood when I'm dropping them off at school I barely stop the car while I throw their back packs out the window as I speed off to get to work. Maybe I have too many kids? Too late!
