The Best Scrambled Eggs

People say ALL the time, "You must eat so well being a chef's wife." Last night my dinner was the other half of a sandwich I had for lunch. My husband works most nights. So our "date" time is breakfast. My husband makes the best eggs. I mentioned this before when he did that bit for Julie and Julia. Well, the king of scrambled eggs is at it again.
