You can just ell that USOT is something an actress would like because she can show her range, but just gives me the willies. September issue is the way to go. I actually like 'Nurse Jackie'. Saw the first season and I'm into the 2nd already. I know what she's doing to her family (and herself) is a terrible thing, but I just love to see how it all plays out in the end. I like to get into what the character is thinking and doing and what really brought her to be an addict...life is all about choices, good or bad. I should've been a psychologist...LOL Anyway, I also LOVE Kathy Griffin! Let me know how the books is..was thinking of getting it. Being terribly bored will make you watch a lot of things you normally wouldn't! And let me tell you how much more uncomfortable you would have gotten. The alter ego you saw makes out with a boy that her son is interested in (he is trying to find himself in regards to sexuality) and he is crushed when he walks in on them. Horrible. But I have heard of the Nurse Jackie & USOT. I have a feeling I'd feel about the same as your description.
