We were on a trip years ago with Rick Moonen in British Columbia. An environmental group wanted to show chefs the devastation to the environment caused by farm salmon. It was horrible. I've eaten only wild salmon since. anyway, Rick is a very nice guy and Jonathan Waxman and Mark are old friends. Not hard feelings here. ah, thanks all. I’m going to tell Mark to read these.

I completely understood what happened to his dish. Sorry that he didn't advance, but I still enjoyed watching. Wanted to know if you could give any inside skinny on how real the "conflicts" are that air? Or on anything else on that show...
