Where in Georgia, Frances? my daddy grew up there..and northern Fla, which is the same thing. Valdosta, Atlanta, marietta.

HAHA! And of course he ha to be from Georgia, where I live!

My hubby and I usually split our meals at restaurants because the portions are just so big.

But some restaurants ARE taking the hint and offer smaller portions of their dishes. For instance, Carrabas (one of my fave italian restaurant chains) just started offering smaller portions.

I guess this new menu offers of smaller meals needs to catch on. I only hope more people do start ordering from the smaller size menu!

I love the cultural perspective take from non USA’ers.

And I’m a sucker for accents, too.

And, yes…our portion sizes ARE disgusting!!!
