Who says you can't take care of the baby and yourself at once?  As a mom you learn to do a lot one-handed. Here's how I do it.

How do you convince your kids to eat fun and healthy lunches? Submit your tip in the comments for a chance to win a lunch care package from General Mills filled with fun and healthy snacks for kids. I'll be choosing my favorite tip at the end of this month, so keep posting your best suggestions in the comments.

UPDATE: Congratulations to Alexandra for her winning snack tip!

Only improvement? I'd add cranberries because anything with dried fruit is something that uplifts me. And you know what else General Mills makes that is my FAVORITE? Fiber One everything!!! Great cereals (sorta great yogurt), cereal BARS (w/ chocolate chips) and PANCAKE MIX! Yup, totally sold me on that really cool giveaway package.

    (yeah)

Trying to feed myself while taking care of 3 and 1 year old boys is next to impossible. I don't want to piss anyone off here, but I'm actually trying to gain weight because I can't seem to sit down and eat. After we cook and sit down at the table, its "Milk please", "water please", "more please" They do say please so I do it, and don't get to eat as a result! Maybe in a few years?

I've followed your site for ages — love you! But these ads are brutal and while I know you're trying to monetize, they're just diluting your brand. Surely there are other, less obviously fake ways to make money off your site?

Actually, I like the ads. Very creative, plus prizes!

i don't see anything wrong with advertising. Daphne obviously works hard at this, shouldn't she get paid for working? Anyhow, the ad segments crack me up. There supposed to be obvious. It's all tongue in cheek - just jokes!

I enjoy daphne's ads. I like the products, I can use them and I watch commercials anyhow, I'd like to watch something funny as long as I'm watching commercials, so it works for me.

Very appropriate! First time visiting your site and I like the ads! Getting ready to step back into the one handed snacking. Expecting #2 next month and you reminded me about how difficult it is to complete event the simplest tasks. I remember piling big handfuls of healthy snacks in my mouth in one swoop, uncertain when I'd get to do it again. I'll have to try the granola bites- I'm with Jessica, juicy craisins would make it even better

I need some of those on my desk right now. Maybe the crunching would keep me awake and I'd get some work done.
