Look, private schools can be great, BUT I came across a tiny blog that I don't even want to mention where the mother writing actually said FOR REAL many of the things I say here in parody. Am I the only public school mother who gets teed when private school parents act like I'm the little kid who smells like pee?
My blather is not near as effective as satire, that's what I say.
Is there a video with this?

BAHAHA!! Lol, private schools in FL must not be like private schools in CA!!
Most of them are religious schools…but people don't start getting all hoity toity about it until they're in the HIGHSCHOOL of private schools…B/c there are very few private highschools…so it's much harder to get in.
yes, certainly different schools have different climates.
What I don't get is even if you think you are in THE best school that ever was why would you gush about it? It's unseemly.

Yup. We live in a very small, affluent community. (don't ask me how we got here!!)
Anywy, we have public school, and the 20k a year school (which is crazy for WI) and then I homeschool.
The richies look at the PS kids like they smell like pee (totally stole that from you and will continue to do so) and they way they look at homeschool kids? like they rolled around in s**t.
This is funny - But really, this is a little bias and stereo typical . Not all private school parents are full of it. Alot of us tend to work hard and make sacrifices to be able to put our children in what we believe is a better option for us. I will tell you about 40% of parents in private schools are Full Time Working parents. Some of us are doctors, lawyers, nurses and business owners who's job schedules are 9-6 we need to ensure our children are getting the education we are paying for. It's hard and it's not an easy thing to do… I'm glad there are options for everyone.
