We gave our son $ coins, to make it more interesting for him, something he didn’t see everyday. Squeezing Lego’s under his pillow and not waking him would have been to difficult
Besides I thought presents might get the tooth fairy and Santa all mixed up into one and lets face it, it’s easier to grab some money when a tooth falls out just before bed time.
